PURPOSE:To obtain a frying oil of flavor especially suitable for producing fried bean curd by blending edible fats and oils with a mustard seed oil and spice. CONSTITUTION:60-98wt.% fats and oils useful for common fried food, preferably vegetable fats and oils are blended with 2-40wt.% mustard seed oil prepared as a by-product in production of mustard powder form mustard seed and 0.01-1.0wt.% spice comprising paprika oil, fennel oil, clove oil, tarragon oil alone or a mixture thereof. |
