The present invention relates to a sealed feedthrough device for a box or a casing of an electrical appliance. A sealing plug (11) consists of a ring-shaped snap-fastening first element (13), made of a rigid material, and of a substantially flat feedthrough second element (14) made of a flexible material, for example an elastomer. The latter element includes a central area (20) and a peripheral annular area (21) which are separated from each other by an annular groove (22) forming a region of lower strength allowing tearing-off of the said second element and passage of a conduit for guiding electrical wires or cables. The sealed feedthrough device can be used in junction boxes, casings and electrical cabinet connection panels (plates). <IMAGE>
