The apparatus includes a D/A converter for converting digital data received to analogue signal, a pulse generator for generating a pulse having a width corresponding to the converted analogue signal, a polarizer of an antenna for rotating a motor according to the pulse from the pulse generator, a signal level detector for detecting the signal level outputted from the antenna, and a microprocessor for comparing signal levels from the signal level detector and changing a skew value adapted to a reference value, thereby automatically controlling the skew value according to the signal level.
