PURPOSE:To make it possible to clean a coating pipe with a wash liquid for a short time without resorting to a manual work by interconnecting a coating feed piping to a main coating system and the main coating system to a coating return piping by the use of joints, and arranging a bypass piping which can be connected and disconnected for linking the coating feed piping to the return piping. CONSTITUTION:The cleaning of a coating pipe through an entire coating system including a coating pipe cleaning device is carried out by moving a coater truck 12 after separating a frame work 11 side from a joint on a main coating system side. A joint tube 2g for a cleaning pipe is allowed to advance by using a joint tube forward and backward moving mechanism 8. In addition, frame work sides 2c, 4c are connected to frame work sides 2e, 4e in a coating feed system, and frame sides 3c, 5c are connected to joint tube sides 3e, 5e by using a drive device 6 for connecting a coating feed piping and a drive device 7 for connecting a coating return piping. Further, a cleaning liquid is allowed to flow to a return piping 3a from a coating feed piping 2a through coating feed pipe system joints 2c, 2e and a joint pipe 2g and coating return system joints 3e, 3c. |
