<p>The proposed oven for the production of porous ceramic redoxide for biological filters comprises a foundation (1); a station (2) for introducing charges of granules; and a heavy-duty metal housing (3) with a refractory lining (4), a working channel (5) being defined by the partitions (6), crown (7) and hearth (8). In the sequence of the processing, the said working channel comprises: inner zones for preliminary (9) and high-temperature heating, cooling zones, heat conductors (15), technical systems (29, 30, 31), an automation system (32), and a station where the finished product (14) is removed. The high-temperature heating zone includes roasting and isothermal hardening areas (10 and 11 respectively), while the cooling area is divided into controlled and active cooling areas (12 and 13 respectively). The heat conductors (15) are arranged in pairs in, on or near the partitions in the preliminary heating zone (9), roasting zone (10) and isothermal hardening zone (11). Devices are provided at the entrance to the controlled cooling zone for air screens (27). A device for aerohydraulic screens (28) is provided between the exit from the controlled cooling zone (12) and the entrance to the active cooling zone (13).</p> |
