<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently input a handwriting by eliminating the interruption of handwriting input operation. CONSTITUTION:Handwriting information on the inputted handwriting is detected by a handwriting detection part 1 and then sent to a handwriting information storage part 11. A handwriting recognition part 12 performs a recognizing processing for the handwriting information stored in the handwriting information storage part 11 and sends one or plural recognition results to a handwriting information storage part 11. A recognition candidate selection part 13 takes a recognition result of the handwriting information, from which plural recognition results are derived and the recognition results before and after it out of the handwriting information storage part 11, and selects one of the recognition results by utilizing the context. A handwriting registration part 14 inputs a character code corresponding to unregistered handwriting stored in the handwriting information part 11 from a user and registers the unregistered writing.</p> |
