This control system is characterised in that the said sheets (1, 4) include projecting parts (1a, 4a) bearing coded personalising information (1b, 4b), and in that provision is made for means (5, 6, 7) for reading and comparing the encoded information read on the sheets in order to detect a defect in correspondence.
