SPEED CONTROLLER OF STEPPING MOTOR

The controller minimizes the motor noise and step error with the acceleration and deceleration trigger signal generation circuit for a stepping motor controller. The controller comprises; a CPU (100) generating clock after setting the initial counter values for acceleration and deceleration; an up/down counter (10) that the counter value is not changed on the constant speed and is decreased when the load input is active; an interface (20) inputting and outputting data with the each device; a latch (30) outputting the critical value connected with the CPU; an up counter with a driven step number; a first down counter (50) with a driving step number; the first comparator (60) outputting the comparison voltage between the latch output and the up counter output; a D flip-flop (110) decreasing the second down counter (90) number; an OR gate (OR1) notifying the interrupt signal to the CPU.
