PURPOSE:To store correct data independently of power source interruption by continuing write operation of data by one page on the way of write by a battery backup function on the occurrence of power source interruption. CONSTITUTION:When a power interrupt fault takes place in the system due to any cause and an interrupt signal POFF is set to a high level for a period of data transfer from a buffer memory 4 having a storage capacity by at least one page to a file memory 5, a storage device side receives no effect and data transfer to the file memory 5 is conducted continuously. Thus, Then the transfer is continued by using a battery for storing data for mainly the file memory 5 comprising a static RAM in the storage device as a power supply. After the end of the write by one page is awaited, the power supply to the buffer memory 4, an I/F(interface) circuit 1 and a control circuit 3 is interrupted except the file memory 5. |
