PURPOSE:To attain communication with high convenience by providing a connector in wired connection to a line interface device to a telephone set so as to form a master set, forming a slave set when the connection is disconnected so as to attain inter-communication between the slave sets. CONSTITUTION:A cordless telephone set 5 is provided with a radio unit comprising a call reception device, a speech section, a MODEM filter section and a transmission reception section, an antenna, a control section and a key operation section or the like. Then a modular receptacle 3A of a connection wire 3 of a line interface device 2 is connected to the connector 4 to form a master set for the cordless telephone set 1 and the master set replies an incoming call from a telephone line 8 or makes a call to the telephone line 8 for talking. Furthermore, cordless telephone sets TEL-1 to TEL-N forming a slave set group 6 via radio units M1-Mn are connected and each telephone set makes talking with the line 8. Furthermore, the telephone set 5 disconnects the connector 4 from the connection line 3 of the device 2 to form the similar slave set to the cordless telephone sets TEL-1 to TEL-N of the slave set 6. |
