The device comprises a 3-way (201) of a water supplier in the heating part (101); a 3-way valve (301) of the selective part which selects the path for heated water; the 3-way valve (401) of the distributing part; a ball (202) controlling the circulating water in heating part (101); a ball (203) controlling heated water; an outlet (204) sending the water to heat exchanger (102).
