PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition excellent in cleaning ability, foaming ability and rinsability with no functional deterisration even after preserving for a long period of time, consisting of specific components such as a betaine type amphoteric surfactant, a fatty acid, a metal ion blocking agent, an organic amine, etc. CONSTITUTION:This detergent composition consists of (A) a synthetic surfactant having >=50wt.% betaine type amphoteric surfactant (preferably, lauric acid amidopropyl-N,N-dimethylacetic acid betaine, etc.), (B) an aliphatic acid of the formula RCOOM (R is a 10-18C straight chain or branched chain alkyl, alkenyl; M is H, alkali metal, etc.), (preferably, myristic acid, etc.), (C) 0.1-50wt.% metal ion blocking agent, (D) 0.1-50% solvent, (E) an organic amine and (F) an inorganic alkali, where the sum of the components A and B is 0.1-40wt.%, the weight ratio of the components A/B is 20/1 to 1/1, the sum of the components E and F is 0.01-10wt.%. and the component E is included in 25 mole% of the component F. |
