The steering device allows drivers to steer very effectively in narrow parking spaces. And the drivers need not to turn a steering wheel several times to steer. The device is fixed to a support plate located at the real wheel side. A cylinder, in which has a piston (14), is fixed to the support plate. The piston can be ascended/descended by a motor (13). A lower part supporter having a thrust bearing is attached to the bottom of the piston to rotate the car. A wheel is attached to a bracket that can be folded or erected according to the position of the cylinder.
