PURPOSE:To ignore influence of a hysteresis characteristic of an electrostrictive element and to carry out precise positioning without damaging joint of a fine adjustment system part and a coarse adjustment system part even at an overload by a micro-jack having an electrostrictive part which is the fine adjustment system part constituted of a plural number of electrostrictive elements and the coarse adjustment system part. CONSTITUTION:Between an electrostrictive part 2 and a coarse adjustment system part 4 giving torque, a rotary part 3 to absorb the torque is provided. Additionally, on each of a plural number of the electric distorsional elements constituting the electrostrictive part 2, a wiring to independently apply voltage is provided, and voltage to be distorted in the same way in accordance with a characteristic of each of the electrostrictive elements 7 is applied to each of them and they are actuated. |
