The present invention relates to a hair care composition, such as rinsing agents, hair treatments, spray preparations etc., having improved care properties, which imparts to the hairstyle, in particular, good combability and hold as well as bounce, and contains an active compound combination of approximately 0.5 to approximately 5 % by weight of at least one non-ionic polymer; approximately 0.25 to approximately 2.5 % by weight of at least one cationic polymer; approximately 0.05 to approximately 2.5 % by weight of at least one protein hydrolysate and approximately 0.05 to approximately 1.5 % by weight of panthenol, in each case calculated relative to the total composition, and also, in a preferred embodiment, optionally a further approximately 0.5 to approximately 5 % by weight of a C2-C6-alkylene glycol monoalkyl ether, in particular diethylene glycol monoethyl ether.
