An x-ray image capturing device comprises: an image capturing unit including an x-ray tube for exposing a subject to an x-ray and an x-ray detector disposed facing the x-ray tube; an input unit for receiving a plurality of image-capturing conditions including the tube current and voltage of the x-ray tube and setting an image-capturing protocol used in the image capturing unit; and an image creating unit for calculating an exposure dose obtained when at least one of the tube voltage and the tube current is changed and creating an index image in which an image indicating the exposure dose is superimposed on a two-dimensional map represented by the tube voltage and the tube current. |
