PURPOSE:To miniaturize an entire filter by shortening a resonator conductor, making the filter thin and making resonators close to each other by adjusting electromagnetic field coupling between the resonators. CONSTITUTION:A lot of green sheets 10 composed of high-dielectric constant materials are laminated, arranged, pressurized, integrated and sintered on both the upper and lower sides of the green sheet 10 provided with plural resonator conductors and composed of high dielectric constant materials. In that case, concerning one part or all the lots of green sheets 10 to be laminated, a hole or a slit is previously formed at a position between the adjacent resonator conductors and filled with different materials 16. A required external electrode or the like is provided on the outer surface of the sintered product. For the different materials 16, low dielectric constant materials, resin materials to be scattered at the time of sinter or conductive materials are used. The different materials 16 can be arranged only near the center part of the green sheet 10 in the laminating direction or can be distributedly arranged equally in the laminating direction. |
