PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the fear of bursting a container under the high temperature environment in comparison with a conventional one in an air bag unfolding gas generating device to be used for unfolding an air bag of a collision safety device by the combustion gas. CONSTITUTION:Ignition powder is arranged in one end of a cylindrical pack, of which the other end is connected to an air bag, and an autoignition 95, which has an igniting temperature lower than that of the gas generating agent and which is ignited at an igniting temperature higher than the maximum temperature possible to be ordinarily generated, is arranged inside of a recessed part 93 formed in one end of a cylindrical member 35, of which the other end is connected to the air bag. |
