The apparatus is disclosed to judge a superiority or an inferiority of a proximity fuse for the moving target, and to make a simulated doppler signal first, to input it to the fuse, to sense a fire signal in the fuse, and to sense an explosion height. The apparatus characterizes that one chip computer is connected with a switch operating part, a photo enlarger and a displayer, the photo enlarger being connected with one ROM and another ROM; ROM is connected to a multiplexer through a digital/analog converter and buffers; the multiplexer outputs the doppler signal through resistances and capacitors, and outputs a fire signal through a comparator by connecting to a flip-flop; and the outputted signal is connected to a binary counter through AND-gates.
