The double tube for pneumatic conveyance possesses an inner tube (1) for conveyance and a jacket tube (2). Located between them is a chamber (3), the pressure of which is to be monitored. So that there is no need to use cooling or heating means for temperature compensation, the ends of the tube portions are connected directly to one another by means of flanges and the ends of the jacket tube (2) by means of independent flanged connections (13, 100), between which a sleeve (8) is clamped.
