PURPOSE:To easily produce a voidless FRP ideally loaded with a reinforcing fiber even in the application to a product of a complicated shape with a superior mechanical strength at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:In a voidless FRP production method, a chopped strand or mat reinforcing fiber with an organic binder or greige goods applied is preformed into a preform 3 of a required product shape; the preform 3 is set in molds 1, 2; the organic binder or greige goods is removed by a heating treatment; and after that, an impregnating resin is infiltrated into the preform 3 under vacuum to be integrally molded. |
