The invention relates to wigs and hair replacement parts made of monofil fibres composed of thermoplastic synthetic polymers based on polyester whose structure and/or surface has been roughened by chemical or physical treatment, which are characterised in that A) the fibre based on polyester contains 5 to 15% by weight of a) polyethylene, b) polypropylene, c) teflon, d) polyamides, e) polyacrylics and derivatives thereof, in particular modacrylics, and/or f) polyvinyl chloride or B) in that polyester fibres are combined with fibres composed of the substances a), b), c), d), e) and/or f). Such wigs and hair replacement parts are notable for enhanced lubricity of the artificial hair.
