<p>PURPOSE:To set a resistance dividing ratio accurately, and prevent the occurrence of dielectric breakdown even if withstand voltage processing is carried out while impressing high voltage by forming a trimming pattern in a step pattern capable of being trimmed in a step shape. CONSTITUTION:A trimming pattern 15 connected to/formed in a resistance pattern 12 is formed in a step pattern capable of being trimmed in a step shape, and the resistance pattern 12 to/in which the trimming pattern 15 composed of the step pattern is connected/formed, is formed beforehand on a board surface of an insulating board by using a mask to/in which a trimming pattern 15a composed of a step pattern is connected/formed. Voltage dividing characteristics of the pattern 12 are regulated by trimming the pattern 15 in a step shape. A trimming pattern of a printing mask is corrected according to this pattern 12. The resistance pattern is formed by using this corrected resistance pattern printing mask.</p> |
