PURPOSE:To effectively reduce random pulsation in a wide range to be generated from a plunger pump. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic pulsation reducing device is composed of a gear 6 in such a construction that sawteeth cogs are formed at the periphery rotating in synchronization with a plunger pump, a piston installing space 2 installed at a hydraulic line 1 on the discharge side of the plunger pump, and a piston 3 which is installed in this space 2 and displaced as tracing the shape of cogs on the gear 6 with rotating thereof while contacting resiliently with the flanks of the gear 6. When this gear 6 is in rotation, the piston 3 is displaced rapidly by the cogs in the sawteeth form, and using the pulsation produced thereby, the hydraulic pulsation generated in the plunger pump is reduced. |
