This invention provides automatic stir-frying machine for pork-shred which encompasses the following qualities: The seat is L shape in appearance. If consists a computer controlled switch which controls the function of the whole structure. The fry pan is a voluminous container consisting of an opening. It is situated on top of the seat, its degree of inclination adjustable from a point pivot. If also consists of an external rotation pan which is connected to it via an automatic axis attached to a motor. This motor automates the rotation pan of which size is smaller than that of the external pan, and along the inside of the pan includes a fixed number of projections. These projections are crests arising from the inside of the pan. They are of the right length and height. The heat producer is attached to the stir-fry pan allowing the heating up of the pan. From the above mentioned combination,the pork-shred when placed in the rotation pan,- is heated up by the heat producer and even distribution of heat in ensured by both the automatic rotation and the projections on the inside of the pan.
