PURPOSE:To reduce the manhours and the time for working at a job side, to enhance the yield and to ensure satisfactory finishing. CONSTITUTION:Eave soffit members 2b, 2c are applied to the rear surface of a roof panel of a roof unit composed of a roof panel 11 which a roof surface material is laid over the top surface of a roof framework which is an assembly of rafters, and a support panel 12 for supporting the roof panel 11, in such a condition in which a part of an end part on the adjacent roof unit side as it is, so as to form roof units 1A to 1D incorporating eave soffits. These roof units 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D are assembled to the upper part of the building unit laid at a job site, and a gap between the existing eave soffit member 2b, 2c of the adjacent roof units incorporating eave soffits is blocked with an eave soffit member 2a formed at the job site. |
