PURPOSE:To prevent blanket from dimensionally changing and give compression function to the blanket by a method wherein blended yarn or twisted union yarn consisting of respective specified long and short fiber cottons is used as rubber reinforcing foundation raw yarn in the printing rubber blanket prepared by laminating reinforcing longer on rubber skim. CONSTITUTION:Solid type printing rubber blanket is produced by laminating auxiliary foundation 2, rubber bonding layer 3 and main foundation 4 underside rubber skim 1 in the order named. In this case, blended yarn or twisted union yarn consisting of long artificial fiber cotton, which is prepared by cutting high tensile chemical fiber into about 10-30cm lengths, and arbitrary short fiber cottom having the length up to about 5cm is used as the warp 5 and weft 6 composing the main foundation 4. On the other hand, by laminating either one or both of (a) foundation prepared by setting bonding warp of lengthwise and crosswise bonding multiple structure at arbitrary angle and (b) foundation, as the weft of crosswise multiple structure of which bulky yarn is used, as compression layer P to the rubber blanket as foundation body, compressive type printing rubber blanket is produced. |
