<p>PURPOSE:To provide a producing method of molten steel for reducing inclusion in a continuous casting process. CONSTITUTION:In a converter, by charging CaO, slag is solidified and the flow- out of the converter slag is prevented and the slag quantity on a ladle is reduced to <=1wt.% to the molten steel and further, Al is uniformly spread on the ladle slag to reform FeO% in the slag to <=2%. Further, CaO-Al2O3 base flux is blown together with inert gas of Al, N2, etc., from a lance for blowing gas. By deviating slag composition in the ladle in the range of 40-60% Al2O3 and 60-40% CaO, the inclusion is reduced. By this method, the product quality is remarkably improved and entraping phenomenon of the slag in the joint part of ladle lining is restrained and the yield is improved.</p> |
