PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrolyzed raw water and electrolyzed water stable against oxidation, and a method for making the same. SOLUTION: An ascorbylglucosamine aqueous solution with a water soluble inorganic salt content of <0. 1 mM is electrolyzed to make an ascorbylglucosamine aqueous solution electrolyzed water having oxidation- reduction potential lower than that of the ascorbylglucosamine aqueous solution. The concentration of ascorbylglucosamine is 0.1-3 mass %. A current density at the time of electrolysis is 0.003-0.03 A/cm<2> .
