PURPOSE: To substantially keep transparency as a whole by holding a part deformed below twice to a substantially unheated state on the way of the molding of a container wherein molecules are arranged by the expansion of a preform. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic container 20 formed by the stretch blow molding of a preform 10 includes a bottom part 26, the side wall part extending upwardly from the bottom part, the shoulder part 24 extending upwardly from the side wall part and a neck part 21. Since the molecular arrangements of these respective parts are mutually different, the stretched thermoplastic resin container 20 is heated corresponding to the degrees of the molecular arrangements to much crystallize a part as compared with other part and, further, the other part is held to an unheated state. Generally, the part deformed about below twice on the way of the expansion of the preform into the shape of the container becomes opaque by heat and, therefore, the neck part 21 is issued to the outside of heat environment and, in order to prevent the unnecessary heating of the shoulder part 24 and the bottom part 26, the spaces above and below buffles 33, 34 are filled with cold air. |
