The present invention relates to a device intended to form the construction joints of reinforced concrete slabs or walls. This device consists of a removable gusset (4) preferably of convex shape, equipped in its upper part with a flexible cowl (7) which is intended to receive the construction joint brackets (5). This device is fitted inside the rebate(s) (2) of the case (1). The joint brackets (5) are placed and positioned in the removable gusset (4) by piercing the flexible cowl (7) using the ends of the joint brackets (5).
