PURPOSE:To clinch all the leads of various shapes and arrangements of an electronic part at once, to insert and detect them and to fix them to a printed substrate by providing a clincher which is in contact with a lead at a tip of a clinch part in a slant and carries out clinch operation to all the leads of one electronic part simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A piston 7 is thrusted up to a direction (a) by a cylinder 8 of a driving source and a block 5 is slided in a direction (b) through a lever 6 provided in two directions. A lead 2 of an electronic part 1 is clinched by a clincher 4 attached to the block 5. Since a slant is provided to a tip part of the clincher 4, the lead 2 of various shapes and arrangements are clinched along a tip part slant of the clincher 4 when the clincher 4 clinches. Furthermore, clinch is set in a specified direction by a situation of the tip part slant. All the leads 2, are clinched at once, inserted and detected at a detection part and the lead 2 is fixed to a printed board 3. |
