<p>PURPOSE:To streamline working by a method wherein a sheet-shaped body for rolling is put over a sheet-shaped object to be dried to be rolled together therewith, carried in a roll to be opened on a drying rack and then, the sheet for rolling is removed in the title method for sliced radish. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-shaped body 6 for rolling is put over an object 7 to be dried such as sliced radish spreading in a sheet on a floor for drying in the sun. Then, the sheet-shaped body 6 for rolling is rolled together with the object 7 to be dried from one end thereof. The body thus rolled is carried to be opened on a rack of a drier and then, the sheet 6 for rolling is removed. When the sheet 6 for rolling is put over the object 7 to be dried, the length of the sheet 6 for rolling is so set that it sticks out by one turn on the end side of the rolling.</p> |
