PURPOSE:To perform both sound shielding and heating functions, save space, reduce manhours required for panel installation and improve thermal efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A floor panel 10 has formed into a layer a laminate base plate 12, a decorative sheet 11 thereon and a sound shielding material 13 made of rubber, synthetic resin or nonwoven fabric on the underside of the base plate. A plywood base plate 12 is provided on the upper surface with a shallow recess part 12a having a flat bottom and a surface heating body 14 consisting of electrically conductive rubber or synthetic resin is fitted into the recess part 12a. |
