<p>PURPOSE:To simply assemble an optical system sensor in a short time by forming a recess and threaded through-holes from both ends of an insulating frame body to the recess in the frame body and fastening an electro-optical crystal inserted in the recess by two optical lens bodies screwed into the threaded through-holes. CONSTITUTION:An insulating frame body 21 has a through-hole and internal threads 22 and 23 are formed in the wall of the through-hole from both ends thereof toward its inside up to the neighborhood of the center of the frame body 21. The insulating frame body 21 has a recess 24 in its central portion. The recess 24 is formed to a larger size than those of the internal threads formed inside the insulating frame body 21. Optical sensor constituents are inserted in the recess 24. A lens body into which an optical lens 29 is inserted and whose periphery is cut with a male screw is screwed into each of the internal threads 22 and 23 of the insulating frame body 21 toward the recess 24. After the optical sensor constituents are inserted in the recess 24, an electro- optical crystal 26 is fixedly sandwiched by the end faces 31 of the screwed lens bodies with the optical lens 29.</p> |
