Glassless mount for slides with image windows (apertures, film traps) of different sizes, the image window facing the projection lamp (projection bulb) being considerably larger than the image window facing away from the projection lamp, the width of the image window facing the projection lamp corresponding at least to the width of the piece of film to be mounted and the height of the image window facing the projection lamp being at most slightly smaller than the height of the piece of film to be mounted and the image window facing away from the projection lamp essentially coinciding with the size of the part, which is to be projected, of the piece of film to be mounted.
