PURPOSE:To prevent failure caused by reversely charged toner from occurring and to enhance durability without complicating the structure. CONSTITUTION:By impressing a developing bias 36 on an elastic roller 26 constituted by covering the outside circumference of a cylindrical electrical conductive brush 28 with a cylindrical film body 29 consisting of an electrical conductive film or a semiconductive and semi-dielectric film, the toner T can be electrically transferred and attached on the surface of the roller 26. Then, the toner T is carried to a photosensitive drum 21 from a carrying roller 24 carrying the one-component high resistant toner T electrified by friction or the injection of electric charge through the roller 26. |
