PURPOSE:To remove B2O3 contained in a boron nitride molded product by washing the boron nitride molded product with a solvent under an elevated pressure. CONSTITUTION:The upper lid 2 of a washing container 1 is opened, and a boron nitride molded product 3 is charged at the center of the container 1. The upper lid 2 is closed, and a vacuum pump 4 is driven. A valve 5 is opened to evacuate the inner cavity of the container to a vacuum of <=1Torr, and subsequently a solvent 10 received in a container 6 is led into the container 1 through valves 7, 9, followed by closing the valve 7. The led solvent 10 is heated with a heating coil 8 to maintain the inner pressure of the container 1 to >=0.2kg/cm<2>, and under such state the charged boron nitride molded product is washed with the solvent for 10-20hrs, let stand to cool and recover the product 3, which is cured by depressuziring in a vacuum >=1Torr. |
