PURPOSE:To provide a driving wheel and a vehicle having low frictional, resistance on a ground surface in turning a steel wheel to reduce damage to the wheel and a road surface. CONSTITUTION:A wheel frame 9 rotatably installed on the steering shaft 5 of an under carriage 2 is provided with a driving wheel 15a, and a coupled driving wheel 15b by facing each other. In a vehicle, a driving wheel 3 is positioned in the diagonal direction of the under carriage 2 so that turning in the traveling direction may be done by rotating an epicyclic gear 14 by means of a steering motor 13 to rotate an installing frame 24 and traveling may be done by rotating the driving wheel 15a by means of a driving motor 17. |
