<p>Device (6) for confinement of an anti-oxydant atmosphere at the molten metal bath outlet (1) in a galvanization plant for continuously hot-galvanizing a metal band, about a pneumatic device (4, 5) for wiping the band issued from the bath, comprising a bell whose lower edges are maintained immersed in the bath (1) and whose upper wall is provided with a band passage orifice (7), wherein each immersed edge of the bell (6) parallel to the band (2) is part of a flap (11, 12) whose cross-section is configured like a V, said flap being hinged to the bell about an axis (13, 14) parallel to the edge thereof in order to pivot to a first position wherein the edge of one of the panels (11a, 12a) of the V is immersed in the bath (1), the edge of the other panel (11b, 12b) being situated above the bath (1) inside the bell (6) and to a second position wherein the edge of the first panel (11a, 12a) is situated above the bath (1) outside the bell (6), the edge of the second panel (11b, 12b) being immersed.</p> |
