PURPOSE:To provide a heating device, capable of contriving the shortening of a cooking time and the improvement of finishing appearance by providing a food with the optimum infrared ray radiation strength, distribution of radiation and high-frequency output CONSTITUTION:A heating device is constituted so that the strength of infrared ray radiation, the distribution of radiation and high-frequency output are changed by changing the conduction ratio of a plurality of heat generating bodies 14, 15 and a high-frequency heating source 16 through a control unit 17 in accordance with the kind and the like of a material to be heated, which is commanded through a heating key 12. According to this method, the strength of radiation of infrared ray, the distribution of radiation and high-frequency output of the heat generating bodies can be optimized in accordance with the material to be heated whereby the shortening of a cooking time and the improvement of the finishing appearance of the food can be contrived. |
