发明名称 EXTRUSION BLOW MOLDING METHOD FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL POLYMER
摘要 PURPOSE: To easily produce a gas barrier liner for a hollow part including a large-sized one by vertically extruding a melt of a filler-containing liquid crystal polymer into a lower space to form a parison and clamping a mold in a state surrounding the parison to blow air into the parison. CONSTITUTION: An extruder 10 supplies a thermally uniform molten polymer to an accumulator head 12 having an annular gap. Herein, the molten polymer is a filler-containing liquid crystal polymer and a filler is pref. a glass fiber. After a proper time, the shot of the molten polymer is vertically extruded into a lower space by a ram 14 through the annular gap to form a parison 16. After the parison falls by a desired length, a mold 18 is clamped in a state surrounding the parison. Air is forcibly sent into the parison clamped by the mold and, after a proper cooling time, the mold is opened to take out a molded part.
