PURPOSE:To obtain a plasmid, using a thermophilic bacterium of the genus Bacillus as a host and capable of stably proliferating in a host without falling off from the host even by culturing the host at >=60 deg.C temperature. CONSTITUTION:A plasmid pSTK1 is obtained from Bacillus.stearothermophilis TK105. Thereby, plasmids pSTE33 and pSTK3 containing the plasmid pSTK1 converted into a straight chain are synthesized. |
