PURPOSE:To provide a optical scanning device in which the inclination of a cylindrical reflection mirror is not largely deviated even though vibration and impact are given to the device. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical reflection mirror 3 is arranged inside an optical box 6, and caps 7 are fitted to both ends of the box 6. A cylindrical reflection mirror supporting spring 8 presses the inclined side part 7a of the cap 7 in a direction shown by an arrow A. The mirror 3 is supported to the optical box 6 by projections 6a and 6b, and the inclination is adjusted by an adjusting screw 9. As to the device; the projection 7b is formed on the rear surface part of the upper surface of the cap 7. Thus, even though the vibration and the impact are given to the device, and the mirror 3 falls in a direction shown by an arrow B; the projection 7b is made to abut on the spring 8, so that the mirror 3 is prevented from falling. Therefore, the rear surface corner part 3a of the mirror 3 gets on the R part 6c of the projection 6b, so that the mirror is prevented from being largely inclined. |
