PURPOSE:To provide an expensive computer software lending method capable of inexpensively providing expensive computer software represented by an integrated business information system or the like to a user without reducing reliability or an advanced sense and easily recovering the development cost of a system developing company. CONSTITUTION:The lending method is constituted of hardware consisting of a user machine and a host machine which are mutually connected through a communication line and software provided with a program file for processing various work, a means for measuring the real using time of a data file and the program file and a means for inhibiting the illegal use of the program file so that a file including user managing information is transmitted to check the validity of the file at the start time and the end time of use of work program file, the start time of use and the end time of use are written in the user managing information file and the real using time of a working program file is calculated based upon the time information to calculate an changing amount. |
