PROCESSING METHOD FOR RECEIVING DELIVERY OF ARTICLE

PURPOSE:To dispense with the issuing procedure of a statement of delivery and a receipt by reading out shipment information recorded in a memory card on the receiving side of articles, recording article receiving information in the memory card and reading out the recorded contents on the delivering side. CONSTITUTION:Shipment information read out by a writer/reader 50 is inputted to a computer 30. Acceptance/inspection information expressing the reception of delivered parts and ordering information are inputted to the writer/reader 50 and recorded in the card 60. At the time of ending unloading work, a driver of a vehicle 70 receives the card 60 and carries it back to the parts delivering side. The card 60 is inserted into a writer/reader 20 to read out the acceptance/ inspection information and the ordering information. The computer 10 stores the acceptance/inspection information and the ordering information inputted from the writer/reader 20 in a memory. The acceptance/inspection information is utilized at the time of issuing a statement of delivery or the like and the ordering information is utilized as production instructing information in a parts production process.
