摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the analyzer having the excellent maintenability and economy by splitting the emitted light obtained by exciting a light emitting medium into contrast light and sample light, and measuring the sample light, which is made to act mutually, with a material under analysis as the contrast light. CONSTITUTION:For example, amplified naturally emitted luminous flux 9, which is emitted from a glass fiber 8 of light emitting base material containing Er that is excited with the laser light of a semiconductor laser exciting light source 3, is divided into two parts with a half mirror 10 and becomes a sample luminous flux 11 and a contrast luminous flux 12. The contrast luminous flux 12 reaches a selector 15 through reflecting mirrors 13 and 14. The sample luminous flux 11 and the contrast luminous flux 12 are alternately cast into a spectroscope 16 by the action of the selector 15. The material under analysis is contained into a cell, which sufficiently transmits the light and made to be a sensor part 41. The sensor part 41 is inserted between the half mirror 10 and the selector 15. The emitted light 17 from the spectroscope 16 is received with a photodetector 18 and converted into an electric signal 19. The signal is amplified with an electric amplifier 20 and the electric output is obtained. The spectrum data of the sample light and the contrast light are obtained and processed.</p>
