A working table has a modular design and may be used as an office and conference table, as well as a working place for electricians, computer users, lab workers and technicians. In order to create a functional working table which satisfies ergonomic and individual requirements and can be subsequently modified, vertical sections (10, 11) associated to a table top (6) are provided in their cavities with vertical adjustment means for a table top arranged as a first working plane. A horizontal cable channel transverse beam (5) is arranged as a reinforcing link between the vertical sections located on both sides of the table top and allows an integrated wiring with further working planes arranged according to ergonomic principles. |
