<p>PURPOSE:To provide manufacture of resin laminate in which a foamed layer which is made of foamed resin beads is firmly heat-welded with a skin or a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Skin 5, heat-welding resin film 4, foaming resin beads M and substrate 2 are made of olefinic resin. The skin 5 and the heat-welding resin film 4 are placed in a molding equipment 15, and the space 51 is supplied with the foaming resin beads M. Steam is passed through the space 51, and the foaming resin beads M are foamed, and a foamed layer is formed. The steam fuses the heat-welding resin film 4 which has a low fusion point and heat-welds the foamed layer and the skin 5 together.</p> |
