PURPOSE:To increase an adhesive area with a rubber, and embody the state of laminating having a high adhesion by forming irregular sections to metal plates in a response control rubber, in which the metal plates and the rubbers are laminated alternately. CONSTITUTION:A vibration insulating rubber 11, in which metal plates 7, 7 and rubbers 2 are laminated alternately, is disposed between flanges 6A, 6B connected to each of a building and a footing. In the response control rubber 11, projecting sections or recessed sections or irregular sections 8 are formed to the surfaces of the metal plates 7, and the adhesive areas of the metal plates 7 and the rubbers 2 are increased. It is favorable that the metal plate 7 is formed in a shape that the whole is curved gradually. Accordingly, even when the metal plates 7 are displaced horizontally, the rupture of the rubbers 2 and peeling from the metal plates 7 of the rubbers 2 can be prevented. |
